Who is The Peoples Coach?
I started The Peoples Coach because I wanted to make your health and fitness goals attainable and affordable. With social media and the like filled with misinformation I’ve found clients coming to me lost and unable to stick to anything long term because so called “experts” blur the lines between facts and misinformation.
One on one training is often too expensive. This is why I moved online, to make my services and your goals attainable.
